Hot smoked, cured beef brisket
Made to our traditional recipe perfected over 7 years. We use only the fattiest cuts of Brisket to produce this exceptional product. Brined for 10 days, hot smoked, then steamed.
Comes vacuum packed, fully cooked. Ready to eat, but better to heat!
We use 150-200g for each (large) sandwich, the pieces below are sized accordingly.
Ingredients: beef brisket, coriander, black pepper, salt, sugar, pickling spice (contains mustard), garlic, preservative (E250)
Shelf life is between usually between 1-3 weeks. Can be frozen on delivery.
